Really has everything you need here, apart from a first aid kit of course πŸ˜‚. Really, you should be carrying one. MTB is short for hurting yourself! πŸ˜‚ I did a challenging ride from the wharf to the summit and down Old Salty Dog. I was feeling it by the time I got to the summit! πŸ₯΅ There was even some uphill on the downhill section. πŸ˜‚ I saw no riders on the trail all day, and it’s great having one way only tracks. Beauty! On Old Salty Dog there are jump lines you can take which all have gaps, I didn’t do them on my first time out, you need some speed for them. I’ll just look and admire the skills I think πŸ€” The facilities are great, good toilets, food bins, parking. Tops! There are shuttles available if you want to cheat! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Tree down near the end of Wedged

Amazing location for mountain biking! Would highly recommend it to anyone whether you are a beginner or are highly skilled, there is literally something at St. Helens for everyone! The more technical tracks are amazing, just wish there where more of them! The green trails are perfect for first timers and kids as there is no surprises or anything scary. Highly recommend St. Helens MTB trails!!!

Great selection of trails although we only went on some of the easier trails with young kids, one riding shotgun. Townlink always good fun to finish off on a ride back to the caravan park.

Great trails. The few that go from 'Loila Tier' are good downhill tracks, but you'll need a shuttle to take you up the top. If you've got a driver, the dirt road from Basin Creek Rd then the sharp right onto Loila Tier Rd will get you there. You're supposed to have a UHF radio as the road is quite narrow and you should announce if you're on the ascent or descent (or you could just tail the shuttle which goes about...
