Access is via the road from Moa Lane. Don't rely on Google to get you there - you'll end up on the western side of the island staring up at the sheer face of the hill.
The walk up there isn't too bad, with the steep inclines broken up with a couple of flat areas you can catch your breath on. All the local taxis know how to get you there if you're not up for a hike.
