If you are near this reserve, you need to go there ! It is easily accessible by car and there is car parks to easily park it. Even though it was pouring rain, we did a quick loop walk of around 30 minutes and saw 5 koalas hidden in eucalyptus trees, with one carrying a little baby! Open your eyes and you'll spot them. And on our way back to the car we also saw a group of kangaroos, also with babies in their pouches. Finally, meters away from our car, we saw a group of 3 emus. Everything in like an hour. We witnessed so many tourists there trying to find koalas but were not looking up at the trees. The emus in the car park will come after you if you are eating, however they were not aggressive.
