McKenzie Falls — Attraction in Tumoulin

Not just an alive fairytale forest, a forest of fallen trees amongst it too. This is an amazing place, delightful, spectacular, and wondrous place. Yes, it's a 4wheel drive track to get in, perfect time of year to have explored this place. Some special well spaced camping spots along creek. The falls themselves were quite good, IMO not in the calibre of say Davis Creek Falls out from Mareeba, but still nice. Road in appeared not to have been used in quite a while. Once in location, track(s) to the Falls is/are not well defined. We enjoyed the area but not recommended to take 2WD or "your pride and joy" - unless it's a bush-basher.
