We did the cape circuit today with a friend visiting from Canada. While it was a bit windy the hike was absolutely spectacular.

The circuit itself wasn’t challenging, but it was very exposed so expect to be put in the sun for a few hours. It’s also worth noting that you won’t be able to complete the full circuit at high tide, we were there a few hours after and it was fine.
