A visit to this one-of-a-kind outdoor art gallery is certain to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for art enthusiasts of any age. The collection of sculptures strategically arranged throughout the beautiful countryside property by resident artist Darrel represents some of the most imaginative and captivating artwork you'll find anywhere. Wending your way along the winding gravel drive that snakes between gnarled trees and verdant bushes, you'll come across sculpture after sculpture - carved in wood, fashioned from metal, and cast in concrete - showcasing Darrel's extraordinary creativity, inventiveness, and craftsmanship. Some sculptures appear almost intentionally hidden amongst the plants and foliage lining the route, begging to be discovered like a treasure or treasure hunt clue. To ensure the safety of visitors and protect the local wildlife that call this place home, strolling the sculpture garden on foot is strictly prohibited. Rather, guests are asked to enjoy the artwork exclusively from the cocoon of their vehicle, slowly driving the loop while absorbing fully the whimsical and thought-provoking wonders that emerge into view around each bend. Cruising the curvy path via automobile and soaking in the rustic yet masterful creations with the fresh country air blowing through your windows creates a relaxing and rejuvenating experience unlike typical art gallery tours. The next time you're looking for an outing that stimulates your mind and brings joy to your heart, plan a trip to this wonderful outdoor sculpture park and discover the fascinating and eclectic works of art placed lovingly throughout the natural setting by local talent Darrel. You'll leave with fond memories and your creativity freshly inspired from an afternoon spent viewing ingenious sculptures from the comfort and rolling vantage point of...

Amazing place how good is this artist truly Just down in Albany at the moment and went for a drive and saw a sign directing us to go to see some chainsaw sculptures. Well we Turned into a private drive way just out of Albany town and immediately saw some amazing chainsaw sculptures that knocked us out We couldn’t believe what we saw it was just amazing so incredible was the detail and all done with a chainsaw. This has to be seen to be believed. How can such detail be produced with a chain saw it’s unreal I was staggered by the end results . Darrel Radcliffe is a brilliant artist his attention to detail is second to none I couldn’t believe how many spectacular pieces we saw this guy must take a bow he is a master Please do your self a favour and go and see his work you will love it. Go Daniel you are a super star in our eyes you made our day truely Give this man some financial support and make a donation to support this great talent and help him with his...

Without a doubt one of the best tourist sites lve ever been to. Very talented sculpture. The price charged is abosility amazing affordable for everyone. Yes you can't get out of your vehicial. I can understand why, it's in the bush safety for nature and humans However for those with young children it becomes a visual search so many things to see from your car windows there are sculptures hidden everywhere. So do not drive throught to fast give the children a chance to rearlly find the hidden sculptures. You may have to help them at first For older visitors sometimes it's a blessing not to have to get out of the car. Plenty of photo opportunity from the car here. Do not...

You can squeeze in a more outlandish attraction a few minutes into Albany’s hinterland in the Walmsley suburb. There, off Mercer Road, resident Darrel Radcliffe has created a drive-through sculpture park populated by intricate creations carved with a chainsaw. Radcliffe’s material of choice is jarrah wood, which is dense, durable and often used for flooring and cabinets. Among the many works there’s a wooden chainsaw embedded in a tree, a dragonfly, grandfather clock, violin, pouring bucket, a family of turtles, a bear, an octopus and numerous human figures. A box can be found along the drive for donations.
