Fantastic place full of history. A real shame the mine isn’t open all the time but still worth the walk anyway. Make sure you see the Cemetery also and go for an explorer along the road of the Camp ground. Park at the old homestead and walk to the mine so you can see all the old building locations, or you can drive most of the way if you want. An easy walk for all ages, perhaps not in the wet though.
