Terrible experience. We were completely neglected by our server during our tasting session. We were originally alone with her but then another group came in and stated that they wanted to join their wine club and then we were totally ignored. We were waiting up to ten minutes between tastings. She then decided to abruptly end her shift once she had finished signing up the other people to the wine club and left us with her manager, who wasn’t really any better. She served us a signature wine without telling us it would cost extra and then charged us for it. Will never return. Beautiful grounds and wonderful wines, especially their whites (and I’m usually a fan of reds only). The lower rating is only because we had a last minute addition to our group on the wine tour so there was one more than the table was set for. The woman that greeted was completely inflexible and refused to accommodate the additional person, even just to stand at the table. Such an odd reaction. I will say that the wines were very good and she did such a fabulous job guiding us through the tasting that they won back a star. Hands down the best experience had at a winery to date. Being a Southwest local for many years and having visited several wineries in the beautiful Margaret River region and overseas I have to say I have never experienced such great customer service nor received such a wealth of information regarding not only the history and story behind the wines but details I had never received from any other cellar door. Erika your boss should cherish you as an employee because great customer service is very rare and you need to be commended for the service you give. I will be back for certain.
