Fermoy Estate — Attraction in Wilyabrup

As always, exceptional service! I don’t know how I ended up on Fermoy’s mailing list so many years ago. It would be a long time before I was able to visit but I now make a point of going to the cellar door each time I’ve visited the region. And I have never been disappointed. My favourites are the vintage bruts (you must try their new vintage sparkling rosé) and the Muscat. Friends I have taken also enjoyed both the Estate Rosé and the Fe Rosé. The service, as I said, is always exceptional and friendly. It is clear they’re firm favourites with locals too. Also being right next to Pukara Estate, home of balsamic vinegar to tantalise the tastebuds, is very handy. What an awesome place, the lady who served us had a wicked sense of humour, didn't treat us any lesser because we were dressed plain from being at the beach. She managed to serve us while serving 3-4 others at the same time all the while smiling, giving us a run down on the wine we were tasting before heading off again to keep everyone served. She did an amazing job, ended up buying way more than I ever thought I would be, I'm so glad your sign out the front says "home to the best Cab Sav"! This is a follow up on our previous visit 5 weeks earlier. Still raining but once again superb service and conversation. cartons of the 2021 rose. Classic white (surprisingly a very nice drop) and cab merlot 2018 on the way out of the door. On a cold rainy day. Tracey and i visited for the 1st time Fermoy estate. What a treat. Emmy and Judy were the best wine team we have come across. Their knowledge and conversation were insightful and delightful.
