So much has changed here xxx I’ve first visited Marian Valley Shine in 1998 with our local church. Father Gabriel is still here🙏what a blessing for us all and pray he will always have good health and peace 🙏🥰 Kids enjoyed the church service , walking to all the stages of the cross etc…and then a quiet picnic under the tree. Plenty of parking space.
The fresh air and tranquil ambience of this Shrine is amazing. A detox for the soul and body, as the walking tracks can be overwhelming for some, so don’t forget to wear good sneakers or walking shoes.
Reminder, The first entrance is for EXIT only. Enter via the 2nd Entrance further up.
Ps. There is a hidden fresh water stream towards the back/end where one more shrine is located in the bush. You can hear the stream frm here in. Be extremely careful when you go down, this is where they first whiteness the image of our Holly Black Marry up upon the hills. Personally, I found this Holly place very spiritual and blessed. Think wisely what you pray /wish for as it does come true🙏Pray with your heart and pure thoughts 🙏go in peace...
Read moreAs a capital V volunteer I can proudly say this place is worth the hike, come out here and visit us and feel at home. As the head alter severe of this shrine I can confidently say I am the backbone of this place. I own all the golf buggy's but am too cool for them so I never drive them, so if you see skid marks all over the grass, that would have been one of the other, non-capital v volunteers. I also own all the chickens and have jurisdiction over the Goanna. I am also a heavy campaigner for Fr. Zachary's crusade, MMVGA! This place would be...
Read moreA very special Marian shrine which was started in 1995. A very peaceful place of prayer and worship spread over 50 acres. Various feast days of Mary, mother of Jesus are celebrated there. The Catholic communities of the Brisbane diocese celebrate their various patron saints at Marian Valley. Groups and individuals do spend quiet time on retreats at a very reasonable cost of $35. A night for a self contained room. Also very popular with families to have a picnic after attending church on a Sunday. Today is a very special day of GRATITUDE, because my MIRACULOUS CURE from a longstanding Bi Polar disorder started at Marian Valley early August 2016. Through the Merciful and Loving Grace of Divine Mercy I now live a normal, kind , loving life. Thank you Loving God. Jesus I put all my...
