Ive been through a lot of Beaches in Australia and overseas, Jervis bay is one of the best beach ever. The sand is fine and pure white, the water is clear. This place is well maintained by the council, there are public amenities around. Parking is available but when its full you can park in the street. There are also accomodation available for those who want to stay overnight. There are a lot of play grounds and picnic area in the place.

There are few things that need to improve around this beautiful place.

Not many life guard patrolling around the beach during peak hours. Life support & equipments like vinegar and other first aid kits is not available. So if you go there, you need to bring your own beach first aid kit. The accomodation around is expensive. Over all this place is fantastic for everyone who love to swim in a clean and...

Took grandchildren aged 6 and 9 on dolphin cruise headed towards Callahan Bay where we saw pod of 12 or more they came right up to the bow and swam with the boat, then went bit further to still waters and lowered the boom net for anyone wanting to sit in the nets while the boat did a few rotations. Paid $10 extra per child which both kids loved (as did the adults who engaged as well). Returning the dolphins were still around and we had the bonus of another visit where they swam around the boat. The cruise lasted about 1-1/2 hours and we were lucky enough to have great weather and...

Great spot with hot showers (though think they are timed as cut out mid shower - no signs to indicate though) Clean amenities. Power points in amenities have been covered over, which would have been helpful to be able to charge a phone while showering as no powered sites. No fires allowed. Have allocated spots however ours was already taken but luckily were able to just use another. Would...

Wonderful place to explore with abundant wildlife. The beaches are spectacular, and rich in sea life. Not uncommon it see pods of dolphin playing in the bay and rays playing in the waves. Part of it was closed due to a bushfire in September 2017 restricting access to the lighthouse.

Hyams beach is beautiful and well worth the visit. Some parts of the beach are busy but with a short walk you will have your own space to spread out. There are a few small picnic areas but they aren't crowded and the public toilets were ok. Absolutely breathtaking!

Very beautiful National Park with some stunning beaches. A few of the more accessible beaches were a little crowded, but with not much effort you can find a secluded patch of white sand to call your own. The Cape St George lighthouse ruins are worth a visit too.
