I’ve started drinking wine 12 years ago. It is safe to say that I’ve tried many styles & my palate has evolved. I’m glad that 12 years on, I finally tasted a wine where I can truly say, you can taste the effort, the sincerity & the skill of the winemaker.

The first time I went down to windows estate in 2017 off the back of a recommendation by the people at flametree winery, I was underwhelmed by the size of the vineyard, the decor was simple as compared to the bigger boys like Vasse Felix, Leeuwin, Voyager or New boys like Amelia park.

Tasting my first Shiraz however, I was blown away. The nose aromatic yet doesn’t overpower, the tannins balanced with a touch of complexity. The wine that leaves u wondering, what effort, attention to detail & skill did it take for the winemaker to produce wine of this quality?

Returning in 2018, I was just as blown away and this time around, I began to appreciate the simplicity of the vineyard. It embodies the winemaker’s philosophy. Balance, simplicity and attention to detail. It is all there in the taste of the wine.

Sounds exaggerated I know. But for a city dweller-office worker like me, I take pleasure in appreciating the art and skill Of winemakers in taming nature.

I’ll be back in winter 2019! (Before then, I’ll order your wines...

My visit to Windows Estate in the Margaret River wine region was an absolute delight, highlighted by fabulous wines and exceptional service. Nicole, in particular, made our experience unforgettable with her knowledge, warmth, and attention to detail. Each wine we tasted was a testament to the quality and passion behind their production, leaving us thoroughly impressed.

The atmosphere at Windows Estate is inviting, making it the perfect backdrop to enjoy their exquisite selection. Nicole's recommendations and insights enhanced our appreciation for their craft, ensuring that every sip was a journey in itself.

I highly recommend Windows Estate to anyone visiting the Margaret River region. Their combination of outstanding wines and top-notch service, especially from Nicole, guarantees a wonderful experience. Truly a must-visit for wine enthusiasts and casual...

Had a totally unpleasant wine tasting experience today (21 Aug, 3.30pm). Wife and I went in and most of the wines were not available for tasting. The staff didnt make the effort to explain or introduce their range of wines. My wife had 1 glass of wine and wasnt poured a glass for the other tastings. In total I must have had 5 tastings which I had to share the glass with my wife. We didnt want to fuss about it as the experience was so bad compared to the other vineyards. Was still charged for 2 tastings.

Totally felt unwelcomed. ...

We visited this cellar door as it came recommended from a friend. From the time we stepped in we were welcomed by Nicole whom took us though all the beautiful wines that they had to offer. We were also impressed at how the winery uses only estate grown fruit in their range as compared to some others we visited. Overall their wines were full of character and delicious and price points were reasonable as well. Photos attached we some standouts for us. Will definitely recommend giving them a visit.

This small winery really impressed me. Our host was very nice and just a breath of fresh air compared to the wineries that we visited before this one. All wines were very smooth and tasty. I ended up purchasing Fume Blanc, which was absolutely beautiful and did not give me a headache next day, which is rare. Wine also tasted great after being open for couple of weeks, will definitely come back for more.
