Ive seen junkies and the lot up near the dunes and found needles around too. Because the parks not with council yet theres nothing stopping the park from being a breeding ground for bad behaviour. Better to go to lagoon, especially if you have kids.

It's a nice little playground for children under 10. Bins and BBQ and nice grassed area for picnics.

No Access to toilets yet (future Cafe development) and limited parking (currently) but mostly quiet in the late afternoons. Usually used by locals.

Nice access to old capricorn beach not as protected as the lagoon but not overcrowded either.

Suggest visiting Lady Lidsay Park only down the road south. Has toilets grass area and water and nice playground. better location and protection...

Nice little playground, a good swing and a couple of slides. On the other side there is a baby swing, a see-saw and a boat. Nice park to walk around down...
