Norval Park was pleasant enough. Clean toilets, bins & nice beach. My gripe about this campsite is more about the inconsideration of others. This is a paid allocated campsite operated by council. You cannot just turn up and set up anywhere. When we arrived someone had set up in our allocated campsite. Garbage skip bins full & overflowing when we arrived. All other campers had dogs which took turns barking. Not very peaceful at all. Several caravanners arrived & stayed during our time there. We stayed 3+ days & didn't see a ranger...
