Chinaman’s Island Reserve — Attraction in Yarrawonga

What an amazing place to go! I went whilst on holidays in Yarrawonga. It was so fantastic to go with children and the walk was simple and not too far as well. The toilet facilities were an added bonus and the kids loved the playground while the adults loved the gym equipment. It’s the perfect place for a quick play, somewhere to take a picnic and have some lunch, or even use the bbqs to see the sun set over the lake...

Just grab a bike ride to this place from Yarrawonga. Such a serene and bird rich place (so many different colours and variety). Feel the history by sitting on a bench near the chinaman's island and meditate if you can. I'll suggest don't drive to this place to understand the true beauty of this place. :) Amazing place, lived...

Stunning little nature reserve on Lake Mulwala. About a 6km round trip walk from the Main Street in Yarrawonga. Lovely to walk in the morning when the sun is coming up. Some nice bird life about if you are a twitcher. There is several amenities blocks...
