Our lovely Chinese Gardens are a must see when you visit Young. A lovely area for family picnics and BBQ (provided by the Council). The gardens are Chinese inspired. The pagoda, which has a lovely view over the water, has recently been renovated, the perfect place for quiet contemplation. A path winds around the lake with viewing areas at different intervals. The pathway is lined by rocks and attractive plants. Autumn colours dominate at this time of year. The waterfall and water wheel provide relaxing water music. Read moreRecently went there over the Easter break and can definitely say this is a must stop point if going through Young. Beautiful grass area's with tables and BBQ's for picnic lunches with toilets located on site at the carpark. Kids can play on the grass area's, go fishing or feed the ducks and swans. The Tribute Garden itself is beautiful. Nice big pond in the middle with small waterfall and rock feature's + the Bronze Horse in the middle. So it is a nice place to go & chill there are BBQ's there that are clean most of the time unless a grubby person has been there & not cleaned them. Just be aware there are heaps of ducks swns & other birds that like a BBQ too a new toilet block has been put in thats is well maintained & a disabled dunny as well.
