Great experience but this ferrata is actually a full day trip and you should plan accordingly. We didn’t plan that well and started our trip at around 2 pm from the cableway by the lake. By 3 pm we reached the ferrata and finished it at 7 pm. Then a descent from the peak to the cableway followed which was a very rocky path and took another hour and a half. And because the cableway was not in service by that time, another decent to the lake took us another hour and a half which ment already walking in complete darkness. We reached the lake at around 10 pm very exhausted. We got to see a beautiful sunset but i would suggest to start this trip sooner or stay at some alpine hut so that you don’t have to walk on rocky paths in dark like us🙃. Other then that, the ferrata was a very nice and amazing yet challenging experince❤️ I think everyone should experience this once in their lifetime. We will have great photos and moments to remember

Super cool ladder! One of the most amazing via ferratas I have seen, if you are into it, it’s a must, but it’s also a very challenging one C/D route. During sunny days you can expect to have somehow a waiting line to cross it :) but totally worth it. If you want to go up, you can take the first cable car (it costs around 24 euros) and then begin the hike to the via ferrata starting point. Really recommend to bring a lot of water - like an inside backpack bladder.

Beautiful ferrata, although I think the actually interesting part starts just after the ladder :D Unfortunately seems like the fame of this place attracts not only the climbers but also plain idiots. Today I saw these guys smoking cigarettes and throwing the stubs right on the ground. When I asked them to collect it I was told to mind my own business, then they’ve fled. Of course I took their trash with me all the way down.
