Seilbahnen Sonntag — Attraction in Gemeinde Sonntag

Very pleasant cable car experience. We decided to walk down rather than take the return journey in the cable car. The walk started on a nice tarmac road. After going between two buildings with the walk signalled on the side of them, the path became a slightly sloping grass meadow. All still very pleasant. The path then became a slope of 45 degrees or less, and the grass path became a treacherous, rock/boulder strewn one. It went on and on, winding down the side of the mountain, with a potential broken bone at every turn. I'm unable to tell you what the views were like, as all I was looking at was my feet. We both reached the bottom uninjured. We then had an 800m walk back up to the carpark. Neither of us could walk down a small step for the next couple of days without groaning.
