Probably, never again.
What I liked: -Lots of attractions for kids. -Easy and fast track entrance for pre-paid tickets. -Plenty of parking space -Lots of vegetation with pleny of. shadow. Convenient in hot weather. -Various resting areas. -The stewar at the krokodile attraction was super friendly. -Good and fast medic assistance.
What I didn't liked: -Price. It is a park I would never go if it wasn't because I have kids. There is just one flat rate for everyone above 4 years. I missed some other pricing options. For example, since it is called "Family park" they could have a family rate for families of 4 or 5 members that offers some savings. Other options could be to have a rate for simple attractions or a ticket for accompanying people who don't ride attractions. My 4 year-old son didn't ride on anything but Tractors, piggies and similar attractions. Plus he was not eligible for many attractions due to his short height. -Some smal attractions had to be paid separately. -The main new water attraction was closed for half of the day in summer. -Although there is plenty of parking space, majority is in a non-asphsalted field full of dust. -The worst experience by far was with the access to the park. There is one road and 5-6 parking lots converge to it. The jam that build up in minutes is unbelievable. It took us about 1 hour to get out. It was an absolute horrible experiente. I can imagine that is the daily routine and I am surprised the park management isn't trying anything to aleviate the situation. At the time of closure, there are no cars driving into the complex. They could enable both lanes for exiting the complex during the first 15-30 minutes after closure. Many cars go to Slovakia or Hungary and they could better manage the whole thing. I was absolutely astonished seeing the deplorable access...
Read moreEven the very first touch with the park was very good because already the arrival was very well organised. We arrived on busy summer holiday Saturday and the the arrival to the free parking was without any problems because Family park employees were directing the upcomming visitors to the free parking slots not having to search for the free slot on their own and creating trafic jams. With printed or in the cell phone saved online ticket we spent no time by waiting at the cash desk and only scanned the online tickets at the entrance without any waiting. In spite of visually the park seemed being overcrowded, visitors have somehow spread in the large park and there were no long queues even on such busy Saturday in the middle of the summer holidays. Except roller coaster (Ratenmuhl) where we had to wait for cca. 35 minutes at the other attractions we never had to wait for more than 10 minutes. There are available lockers for leaving the backpacks (with the rain coats or reserve dry clothes because you will surelly be wet here :-) not having to carry them with you all the way through the park. Enough toiletes (I esepcially recommend to use the Gentlemen`s toilete at the "Hof" part of the park :-))) There were absolutely no queues in front of toiletes and all toiletes were clean. There are also enough stalls and vendor machines offering food, drinks and ice creams and you never have to wait and spend long time in the queue. A day spent at Family Park is very well spent day your kids will surelly enjoy very much and will...
Read moreOur visit to Familypark was an absolute delight. We spent a full weekend exploring and managed to enjoy almost every single attraction with little to no waiting time — something that made the day feel smooth, relaxed, and simply fun.
What struck us most was the variety. With over xxx attractions spread across four themed worlds — from the thrilling Götterblitz roller coaster to the charming Fairy Tale Forest — there’s truly something for every age group. One moment you’re laughing on a water ride, the next you’re wandering through whimsical settings that feel straight out of a storybook.
Beautifully located near Lake Neusiedl in Austria, and it’s surprisingly well-organized for families. Parking was convenient, facilities like lockers and baby care areas were easy to find, and everything felt thoughtfully designed with parents and children in mind.
A little tip: if you plan ahead, buying tickets online not only saves you money but also time at the entrance. We were lucky to experience almost no queues, which made the day even more enjoyable.
In short — Familypark is more than just a theme park. It’s a place where kids can live their fairy-tale dreams, and parents can rediscover a bit of their own childhood joy. We left with tired legs, happy smiles, and the feeling that this was time...
