Skiregion Dachstein West — Attraction in Gosau

Very fun medium sized ski area, mostly graded as (Austrian!) red, (medium) , there are not many beginner options but each Valley station has at least one spot, mostly catering for kids. It has some excellent ungroomed options after fresh snow. Day pass remains under 60 euro and there are locker, hire and catering options at all the Base stations with fun catering huts spread...

Medium size ski resort in Dachstein resort. Slopes are in good shape and wide. Prices affordable. Good for few days skiing. Slopes are mostly in red color. Therefore, would reconsider skiing for beginners as slopes could be tough to them. Views during skiing are amazing. Good infrastructure of restaurants and cottages. If enough snow, would be worth skiing outside...

Ski resort with high level services. Despite the high day temperature in Gosau (around 8 degrees of Celsius), when the snow is wet and heavy, the resort makes all the effort to make the skiing great for skiers - snow cannons are running overnight to fill in the snow, which was melted during the day.
