You can enjoy this place for its view from the top! It was our first experience in a cable car so we love it. Perfect place if you love nature , mountains and Horizon!! I am worried about the only thing here.. The way you board and the way you get down the cable car. They won't give any instructions or whatsoever. They'll simplyy ask you to stand in a green marked area and the cable car will come behind you without a warningg and push your knee in speed that you abruptly sit in an awkwardd way. Remember the car never stops for you to climb on it and sit. it will keep moving and it will carry you by pushing you within an inertia behindd the kneee area that we sit on it . We were half seated and adjusting ourselves to get comfortable.. the cable car alreadyy leftt the boarding area in seconds and we are above 1000s of feet!! it was scaryy at the beginning g and the guy kept shouting to mount the safety rod from behind. Again we were nott aware of this. So you need to pull down this horizontal mounting rod from above your headss to below your feett. All this we did while the cable car kept movingg!! But once you are seated it's all mesmerising and relaxing until the landing area comes after like 5-10mins. Once you reach the landing area marked in green, you need to remove the safety rod back to above the head and get down the moving cable car and run away from the cable car!! Again no instructionss given. We just figured it out.. Apart from these primary safetyy issuess, i found the...
Read moreI was at your summer toboggan run on July 20, 2024. Departure at around 5:15 p.m. I was there alone, or rather my wife was waiting at the valley station.
When I was waiting in line at the top of the mountain station before the descent, I (and other guests) were very surprised. I just want to make it clear that no employee is obliged to be friendly or have endless patience with guests. I also understand that it is not easy at the end of a long day with families/children who are sure to be annoying from time to time.
However, the following behavior of your employee is completely unacceptable. A boy (around 8-10 years old) from another family sat on the toboggan seat and was strapped in by the employee. The boy was neither joking nor behaving inappropriately. He was just young and didn't know where to put his hands.
Your employee then grabbed both of the boy's arms by the wrists and pulled him so roughly to the brake/acceleration bar that I was shocked. I'll tell you honestly, if that had been my child, your employee would have had to prepare himself for something.
Regardless of this incident, it was noticeable that the other guests were visibly uncomfortable putting themselves in the hands of the employee to buckle up. Including me, a grown man. Now you can imagine what that's like for the children.
I will definitely not use your toboggan run again.
If you think that I have a sole opinion, check some of your other...
Read moreWe had a fun time at Sommerrodelbahn „Keltenblitz“. The ride up the mountain with the chairlift offered beautiful views, and the slide down was exciting and definitely the highlight of the visit. My wife and I both enjoyed the overall experience.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the safety procedures. When we entered the area to sit on the chairlift, the two staff members rushed us without explaining any safety measures. I wasn’t even given a moment to place my backpack properly, so I had to carry it on my back during the ride. Once seated, they quickly told us to pull the safety bar in front of us, but didn’t assist or check if we had done it correctly. Also, I was surprised there were no seatbelts or additional safety features on the lift.
The ride down was much better organized and enjoyable. It felt safer and more controlled. Overall, it was a good experience, but I believe a bit more attention to safety and customer care would make it...
