Von hier gibt es dann verschiedene Routen zur Tappenkarseehütte. Empfehlenswert ist die über den Grad des Karteiskopf und Gurenstein. Die rechte Route zum Karteiskopf ist zu Beginn herausfordernd aber die Linke, welche nur über den Gurenstein geht, sehr gut zu gehen.
