Kaiserlift Kufstein — Attraction in Kufstein

Attention Campers !! The parkingowner told us us that you can not park with campervan. They will tow you away. They see overday parking and night parking as the same thing. There are no parkings for campers in that area. We indeed see nothing else then normal cars on the parking. Suggestion: let campers park between 8h30 and 18h00 during the opening hours. As of the risk, we did not spend our money on the lift. Be aware! UPDATE: The parking is a private parking, not owned by the lift. The owner does not want campers as they take to much space. Closes earlier than sign and website says. Terrible experience. Had to pay for parking to then be told 5 minutes before last lift up that you cannot get a lift up to the middle at that time even though advertised. He explains he wants to get home thats why he has closed 10 minutes early. Dreadful experience as no refunds for tickets or parking. Going to a different area tomorrow so no time to use the ticket.
