Dachstein Shark — Attraction in Obertraun

Please when in Dachstein gletcher make sure to take the walk towards the shark. It's about 45mins, there is a big elevation drop at the beginning around the funicular station (you will need to climb if you take the same route back from the shark), but the environment is amazing. Different than the way towards the 5fingers....

40mins hike, with up and down the mountain road to reach the Dachstein Shark. Not an easy hike as it has steep ascend and descend, Snow already covering up most of the pathway. Very good hike approx 1,5h with some tempo back and forth ofc. bigger elevation at the start but the rest is really friendly. Pretty enviroment and mountains around. Approx in the middle you can check ice cave as well. There is a bit colder and at the bottom you can find big piece of ice just laying...
