Nice summit, last 100m is a bit steep, especially in skins, so I recommend booting the last bit. Easily accessible from Hinterglemm via Bergstadl and Hacklbergalm. Around 1130mtrs of ascent. Many off piste routes off the top, but as I was on my own the 1km across to the red piste off the Schattberg West was the...

Ist man erst oben, hat man eine großartige Aussicht auf das Tauerngebirge, immer klare Sicht vorausgesetzt. Wie das in den Bergen so ist 😎! Man erreicht ihn von Saalbach und Hinterglemm und daraus eine schöne Rundwanderung machen. Startet man von Saalbach, nimmt man auch die Seilbahn und ist dann dem...

Nice summit, last 100m is a bit steep, especially in skins, so I recommend booting the last bit. Easily accessible from Hinterglemm via Bergstadl and Hacklbergalm. Around 1130mtrs of ascent. Many off piste routes off the top, but as I was on my own the 1km across to the red piste off the Schattberg West was the best option.

Klasse Wanderung von der Bergstation der Westgipfelbahn aus. Tolles Panorama, es geht einige Meter über Schotter bergauf- und bergab. Unseren4-jährige Tochter hat dies aber gut geschafft und war begeistert von den „Kletterpassagen“ zwischendurch. Super zu empfehlen.
