Great location, although it would be nice that there was a more clear sign which road leads to the Hotel, our navigation lead us to the castle. Even so would definitely recommend a stay in the hotel, especially in more "green" months, we were in February on a rainy day, must be beautiful in summer time with green vineyards with grapes. We made a reservation through the official website, with checked option for a free welcome drink, which unfortunately we didn't get, I didn't ask about it, in my opinion a guest should not ask about it, but should be offered a complimentary drink. Or maybe leave it in room when the guests arrive so they can enjoy it there. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean, also very comfortable. We also had a fridge, water kettle for coffee or tea. We also got two tickets for a free lift drive to the castle, to access the restaurant. At the restaurant we were pretty disappointed, we love Jezeršek food (visited often in Slovenia, Dvor Jezeršek restaurant etc.), but at the restaurant we only had one menu, even though on the website there is a lot of different meals you can choose from, there is even a full menu in front of the restaurant, but we were offered a season menu with one hot appetizer, two different entree (main meal) and one dessert. Pretty disappointed. Staff was friendly though and we were happy to hear they could speak our language (Slovenian), but we also kinda felt rushed, not enough pause in between the meals... . The breakfast at hotel was nice and tasty, I would maybe wish for some more choices, you can also get freshly cooked eggs, but again we were asked if we would like some after we almost finished our breakfast... This should be asked when the guests sit down at the table or it should be clearly written somewhere you can order eggs. Nice location and the hardware is kind of ok but one can see that this people have no idea about how to run an hotel. First - before 3pm there is no chance of getting any beverage as the restaurant only opens than. In the minibar you will find two bottles of water and two bottles of juice. That's it. The coffeemaker at the breakfast venue was not working two consecutive days and at 8pm they did not offer any more warm meal in the restaurant. Fui muito mal tratado! O hotel não tem restaurante disponível! É mentira o que eles dizem! O restaurante não funciona sempre! Hoje passei a maior humilhação da minha vida! Fui humilhado junto com a minha esposa! Gravamos tudo! Temos vídeos e ditos dos funcionários que nós maltrataram! Minha reserva era até amanhã! Mas viemos embora hoje! Perdi dinheiro pois não me reembolsaram! Os copos e taças estavam sujos no quarto! Não é possível abrir a parte de gelo da frigobar! Não tem piscina e nem área de lazer! Não tem ferro de passar disponível no quarto! Os secadores de cabelo super francos! Não tem campainha no quarto, entraram no quarto pra limpar com a minha esposa de pijama na cama dormindo! Quando fui procurar alguém pra tentar resolver sobre o restaurante que não funciona, simplesmente o cara ficou sentado na cadeira e dando de dedo na minha cara, como se fosse normal o hotel não ter o restaurante disponível para nós! Tenho as filmagens e fotos de tudo! E ainda quando minha esposa tentou ir ao restaurante comer! Tiraram o prato da mão da minha esposa! Foi muito ruim! Pessimo! Eles deveriam dar prioridade ao cliente que pagou a estadia! Eles fecham o restaurante para eventos e não avisa os hóspedes, todos os hóspedes ficam sem comer! Tem que ir para cidade comer!
