The route is not difficult, for the first time we completed it without problems and had fun with my 5-year-old daughter. The most abundant time is spring; in summer sometimes the stream dries up completely. In winter there may be snow at the top here when it rains in Graz, and in summer when it’s hot it’s a couple of degrees cooler than in the city. There is a gasthaus with cafe at start and a mini zoo. Suitable place for hikers, and also for kids under their parents guidance because the way is almost everywhere moist having moss. Unfortunately if rains the steps might be slippery. Recommended to visit on a sunny day in months of spring to end of summer.
