Where to even start. The staff were very unpleasant. In order to use the lockers, you need to insert a €1 coin as a deposit. Good luck if you only have notes! The guy at the cash register reluctantly changed my €5 note for 2 €2 and €1. If you want to use more than 1 locker, I guess you are out of luck. The guy next to me had the same problem and had to fit his 4 person family into 1 locker because apparently change is in low supply at the place. I have to admit that we failed to be responsible guests and obey the signpost “place your valuable items in the special lockers”, since those, once again, function only with €1 coins. Geez, one would think that at a swimming pool popular with tourists they maybe think of installing a change machine or maybe even 21st century lockers that don’t need coins like freaking grocery shopping carts. The swimming pool buffet is a Chinese bistro. It didn’t really look too enticing. So we just decided to stick to our own snacks. The sauna visit was another interesting experience… When you enter you are greeted once again by lockers that only work with coins. Since we sacrificed our single coin earlier, we decided to risk it and leave our clothes unlocked. Entering the sauna area itself, another lovely surprise: no sheets or towels for sauna visitors. Not sure what is the hygiene argument for no swimsuits when you have to take your gross damp towels that you used earlier at the swimming pool into the sauna. The sauna area itself also looked pretty unclean and to be honest I was glad to get my two rounds of sauna over with and leave. To not be too negative, the Finnish sauna was nice and clean. Next time I will much rather drive a little further than to experience...

dobrý deň, žiaľ moja recenzia sa Vám asi nebude páčiť. augusta sme boli piati na kúpalisku a dokúpili sme si vstupy do sáun. Prvá vec, hneď pri predaji vstupov nás mal niekto upozorniť, že budeme potrebovať 10ks 1-eurových mincí na skrinky, čo sa nestalo. V šatni nie je hranica pokiaľ sa chodí v pouličných topánkach a kde je čistá zóna, takže pri skrinke raz stojíte v špinavej obuvi, raz naboso. Bazény. V akože v plaveckom si deti hádžu lopty, v bublinkovom čakáte 20 min na bublinky a tie neprídu, kde je problém? trysky po bokoch ani raz nefungovali, do bazéna skáču deti pritom je to zakázané, plavčík cez okno na to pozerá, vobec mu to asi nevadí. Tobogán sme neskúsili, deti áno a boli spokojné. Rovnako super je aj vonkajší bazén. Prechod do saunovej zóny nie je nikde označený, takže chcelo to návrat až ku vstupu - v šlapkách alebo bosých nohách cez špinavú zónu a tam po schodoch hore. Rozumné by bolo využiť dvere medzi bazénom a vstupom, ale sú označené ako emergency - úplne nezmyselne. Sme v saunovej šatni, tu potrebujete ďalšie eurá na skinku čo sme nemali, takže manželkine plavky z neuzamknutej skrinky niekto UKRADOL. Napriek opakovanej snahe personálu sa už viac nenašli. Takže ďalších -50 Eur. Sauny sú fajn, najmä fínska dokonca aj s rituálom. POZOR! k vstupu do sauny nedostanete žiadnu plachtu! takže idete so syntetickým alebo bavlneným uterákom do sauny čo asi nie je úplne normálne a zdravé. Navyše potrebujete druhý uterák pod nohy, lebo druhý plavčík vás bude šikanovať. Takže dámy - buď naholo a hygienicky, alebo zahalené a nehygienicky. Prečo zákazník nemôže dostať jednu plachtu ku vstupu? Za 10 Eur by mohol, nie?. Ak je to málo tak zvýšte cenu za 11, 12.

Toto je naša skúsenosť, žiaľ sklamanie plné logických nedostatkov, ktoré v germánskych krajinách...

Als Tourist mit der Lungaukarte ist man hier nicht willkommen! Wir wurden so unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt. Was wir hier erlebt haben, haben wir in 8 Jahren Österreich Urlaub nicht erlebt. Abgesehen davon wurden 4 Erwachsene berechnet, obwohl unsere 4 Kinder alle unter 16 sind. Das ein Corona Test für das Freibad erforderlich ist, wurde leider nicht auf der Homepage erwähnt - auf der hatten wir uns vorher informiert. Dies wurde erst auf einem Schild vorm Eingang bekannt gegeben. Schade! Wir teilten mit, dass es für Touristen toll wäre, darüber zu informieren... Antwort "das wird sicher auf der Homepage stehen"... Aber er würde das Management darüber informieren. Es steht nicht auf der Startseite, kein Pop Up und nicht unter news... Als wir zu 6 vor dem unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter standen mit großen Taschen, Decken, Ball in der Hand und sagten, dass wir die Lungau Karte haben, antwortete er sehr hochnäsig mit einem Wort "Schwimmen?" Herzlich Willkommen oder ganze Sätze waren nicht möglich. Der Prozess des Nachweisens unserer Impf-und Negativtests verlief sehr sehr frech, machtausübend und provozierend. Ungefragt griff er unsere Mobiltelefone und tippte darauf herum! Auf entsetzte Nachfrage, was er da tue, antwortete er, dass wir das nicht richtig geöffnet hätten! Ohne die Kinder wären wir wieder gegangen, wobei sie es auch als sehr unangenehm empfanden. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Trotzdem nie...
