This was truly a beaufitul experince. We bought a one way ticket up with the cable car (which is so long that it had a staging on the way up - keep in the cable car until the end station). The place is Beautiful - the pictures speak for themselves. As our ticket did not include the way down we had to pay 7euro each to take the "free" cable car even further up, so we did not. We tool the 715 hiking route down the mountain, which was such a great experience! Some times we had to cross a "snow waterfall" which was very slippery (and tested our courage). But otherwise it was a very lovely trip down which took us 3,5 hours. We did not rush it and we took insanly many pictures, so others were faster than us. This ski resort is small, and because of that it is quiet and affordable. No waiting times at lifts, a lot of room on the slopes and a Skipass at about 2/3 of the price of the big resorts in the area. And with a family 2 kids are free.
Also a Walhalla for toursking and freeriding. You can still find untouched snow with fresh powder after 3 days, in the neighboring resort you are lucky to find an untouched piece of snow after 3 hours.

Read moreI think one of the most remarkable spots I've ever been to. Truly amazing place to be discovered. Loved the trails, the weather and the landscape itself is mesmerizing. Highly recommended to visit, it has so many faces within a day! It can be discovered on foot easily, however professionals also find challenge there. Basic equipment is a must, obviously.
