Schloß Hetzendorf, erbaut von Architekt Nikolaus Pacassi 1743 im Auftrag von Maria Theresia zum Witwensitz für ihre Mutter, Kaiserin Elisabeth Christine. Große, aber meist geschlossene Parkanlage im Seitentrakt. Nur ein ganz kleiner Teil steht der Bevölkerung zur Verfügung. Seit 1996 wird dort die Modeschule Hetzendorf als „Höhere Lehranstalt für Modedesign und Produktgestaltung“ mit abschließender Reife- und Diplomprüfung geführt. In der ersten Etage wertvolle Prunkräume wie der große Festsaal, chinesische Kabinette, gestaltet von Antonio Beduzzi und Carlo Carlone. Mitte des 18. Jh. wohnte dort Maria Theresia. Ihre Räume waren mit Schnitzwerken aus Speckstein und Rosenholzvertäfelungen höchst wertvoll und sorgfältig ausgestattet. Man kann alle Räumlichkeiten mieten für Hochzeiten und besondere Anlässe. Kolléganőimmel az itt lévő középiskolát tekintettük meg. Nagyon szép helyen van, és nagyon jól felszerelt az iskola. Mint kiderült, az épületet és a parkot esküvőre ki lehet bérelni. A képeket megtekintve látni lehet, hogy az épület és a park is tökéletes erre a célra.
