Mermaid Reef — Attraction in Central Abaco

Snorkeling with feet swimmers ❤️.... Most beautiful multiple colors of fish ever seen. When I visited, parrot fish 🌈 with deep blue lips 💙 sailed by. 😍 One could spend hours watching them... if wearing a t-shirt to avoid sun exposure. 🌞 Brought crackers to bring them closer. Wish I had purchased an underwater camera.

There was no cost to enter during the year I visited. Though many years ago, I have never forgotten this...

Easy snorkeling and SCUBA with good number of reef fish. Must arrive by boat/kayak as the beach access is private and posted.
