We love this beach!! I love that I can gradually go into the water, no drop offs. And there are plenty of shady spots. My husband loves it because it's close to our place and it's the perfect place for wingfoiling! For snorkeling, walk all the way to the right to the end, walk over the little "private road" to the other side of the beach, you'll see a little rock cropping a little away from the beach, great snorkeling spot.

I come here every morning for a swim when I am in Exuma it is one of the BEST places to visit and not far from town. November/2022 update: I've just been back for the first time since the Covid problems, and this is still one of the BEST beaches I have ever been to. I did have a woman in the UK tell me Boscombe Beach in Dorset is better, but I don't see how ?? If you do, please let me know. Thank you.

Beautiful beach , one of the easier beaches to get to on the island , parking is just off of the road , there is enough shoulder for you to pull over , you want to look for the beach access sign , and the garbage cans as a landmark , that’s where you want to park your car , you walk down a noticeable path , and that will take you straight to the beach

Hands-down the BEST beach in Exuma (beats Coco Plum Beach in the North and Tropic of Cancer in the south!). We loved Jolly Hall so much in 2019 that we went back again in 2021! It feels like a giant swimming pool with super shallow crystal clear water.

You can literally walk a mile into the ocean and the water barely comes up to my shoulders and I'm less than 5 feet tall! The water is most shallow on the right side and gets deeper with some dips along the left where the current flows.

The best part about the beach is that it's a well-kept secret for locals! We encountered a few local families and a couple of tourists in the span of 3 hours.

In the past, I spotted sting rays but didn't see any recently. Maybe they left and just went to Chat n Chill?

There are no restrooms or food/drink shacks. There's a picnic table.

The hidden entrance can be spotted by a large trashcan and a small sign "Beach Access", there's a short trail leading to the beach. I have mixed feelings writing the review as this beach.

Excited to come back for...

Amazing! We were under the trees in the shade and nobody, I mean nobody was there until a little later. The water was crystal clear! This is not a place for snorkeling! There is not many underwater life to see (visibly) but there were two sharks who visited us but left when they were aware of our presence. Very quiet and calm and we needed a chill beach to relax and this was that place! Nice to have the shaded areas too! Would highly recommend!!! Some downsides (that don’t affect the rating for me) there was not a trash can on the beach so there was a lot of trash which bugs me that people are sooooo lazy they can’t take that mess when they leave and dispose of it elsewhere. If I had a trash bag I would have picked it up myself! We did collect our own trash and took it home with us :) so they need a beach side trash can…other than that we loved...
