Lakeview Memorial Gardens — Attraction in New Providence

The service is poor. No empathy for a grieving family. Was given a quote and received dates. Was called from the bank line to confirm amount and when the family arrived we were told that they had no openings while standing with a cheque in the company's name. Ms. Cartwright is a very cold woman who told us that we could buy a plot that was 4,000 dollars more than originally quoted or go elsewhere. She also suggested that we have the funeral on Saturday and bury our loved one on Monday. I don't know who hurt her but I sure hope she gets the help she needs. I have family buried their and I wish I could dig them up so I'd never have to visit that horrid...

Have you ever been to a Bahamian funeral? It is an experience in itself, well at least the diplomatic ones. There was a march to the grave site that was lead by the Bahamas brass band.
