The highest mountain of #Bangladesh in the #Bandarban district is located in Tazdong and Keokrudong. The #Temple situated on the top of the hill is located 4 km from Balaghat and 10 km from Bandarban Sadar. There is a lake on this hill. The name of the lake is the god of pond, if the pond is up to three hundred feet high and there is water in all seasons. According to Buddhist Vaani, it is the pond of the god, so there is always water. I will not forget that day and do not want to forget these Natural heaven of beauty. Although its calld as Golden temple, but it is not made by gold. Originally named for its golden color and everybody called it is as Golden Temple. The temple is #Beautiful to look. BDT 50/- taka free to visit. I don't believe it than takes money to see religious places. To save the shoe requires BTD 5/- taka tickets How to go here? Buddha Dhatu Jadi was founded by U Pannya Jota Mahathero back in the 1995. It's been called as Golden Temple for it's colour & structure. It is one of the largest Theravada Buddhist temple in Bangladesh. The Bandaban Golden Temple belongs to the Theravada Buddhism. It is a place of my heritage in Bangladesh. Which is a unique sign of Bangladesh's expansion. People of all religions come to visit it. The place is also beautiful to see. This is the best temple I have ever seen in Bangladesh. Ideal time to go there just after the lunch because at midday it becomes the highest of it's golden view. Since this a religious place, don't wear half pant. The temple is located on top of a hill. It is gleaming with gold cover. It has several small prayer stations around the main temple, and a multitude of Buddha statues around it. It has the second largest Buddha statue in Bangladesh. A golden bell hanging on a dragon figure is beautiful. The temple is located in a remote area in the Bandarban District in south-eastern Bangladesh.
