Bangladesh is the country of green and natural beauty. Its natural beauty has many features. These features are included with many amazing and exciting waterfalls. Among all of these Madhabkunda is one of the most beautiful and attractive waterfall of Bangladesh. Madhabkunda, the largest waterfall in Bangladesh situated in Barlekha Upazilla in Moulvibazar District of Bangladesh. It is about five km away from Dakshinbagh railway station on the Kulaura-Shabajpur track and 350 km from Dhaka city. About 200 ft. or 61 m high waterfall Madhabkunda, become one of the most attractive tourist destination in Bangladesh. Every day a huge number of tourists and picnic parties come here for their enjoyment and recreation from all over the country. Fall of million tons of water form 200 ft. height can be add a tremendous feelings on your mind her. Many Big and black bolder of stones with the endless green leafy trees and the sound of wonderful waterfall is giving a shape of care and amazing feelings in Madhabkunda. The scenery of the waterfall is just amazing and a pleasure to watch. Nestled amidst the lush green mountains Madhabkunda. Madhabkunda makes for an ideal tourist destination. The waterfall remains crowded all round the year though the most tourists come during the winter season. The journey to Madhabkunda itself is exotic. On the way you can see the greenish beauty of tea garden, the hills and the zigzag road through the hills will increase the joy of your journey. The amount of water during rainy season is massive. It seems like a bolt from the Norse God Thor is falling at the bottom of the fall. Also if you are lucky, and its raining, then you will find multiple of water streams are dropping from the top of the waterfall. During the rainy season, you are not allowed to get at the bottom of the fall. First reason is, the force of the water will simple kill you. Second reason is the stones are falling with water sometimes. Police and other security people are always patrolling the waterfall. One of the most heart touching and amazing experience here is the journey to the Madhabkunda. The continuous greenish beauty of tea garden, a huge number of small and medium hills covered with tea gardens and the zigzag road through the hills will feel your mind with enormous joy. Rubber and lemon plantations will fill your eyes with tremendous feelings.

Firstly, the sound of the water falling down is simply mesmerizing. The sound of the rushing water is like a symphony of nature, and it can immediately transport you to a state of peace and tranquility. It's hard to describe just how peaceful and calming the sound of a waterfall can be. Secondly, the sight of a waterfall is simply breathtaking. The sight of water cascading down a rocky cliff, surrounded by lush greenery, is truly a sight to behold. The sheer power and force of the water are both exhilarating and humbling, making you appreciate the beauty and power of nature in a profound way. Furthermore, a waterfall is often accompanied by a cool mist, which can refresh and rejuvenate your senses. The mist also adds to the ethereal quality of the waterfall, creating a magical and otherworldly atmosphere. Overall, witnessing a waterfall is an experience that should not be missed. Whether you're a nature lover, an adventurer, or just looking for a peaceful escape, a visit to a waterfall is an excellent way to connect with the natural world and experience its beauty firsthand.

MadhabKundo waterfall is the highest waterfall in Bangladesh. The first time I have been there was in the year 2008. Then It was a nice place for a picnic or visit. There was a lot of space in front of the waterfall and the water body, where people can seat and enjoy the beauty of fall. But last year I went there again and was hardly disappointed. This time the space in front of fall has vanished and the full space is now underwater., There is no space to seat. And the whole area is a muddy, very dirty environment. We stayed there only for 5 minutes. Madhab Kundo waterfall seems to be the highest waterfall of Bangladesh. all around the lush green surrounding, clean water flowing. It is such a nice place, Govt should do more to keep it properly maintained and make a tourist attraction! over, we had a memorable experience. Beautiful scenic place a great day out with the family. Best to take some spare clothes as one would definitely get wet and take good suitable shoes as it can be quite slippery so take precautions. The only reason iv not given it 5 stars is the cleanliness of the place which seems non-existence, walls full of dirt and grime, leaves all over the place. Employ a team of cleaners the place generates enough income from the tourist to make it an even...
