very nice beach with no waves - ideal for kids. You can swim and see turtles and stingrays just 50m from the shore. There are also 2 boat on the sea bed, with a lot of fish - you can also swim from there, but it's like 200m - but we did it with 3 kids, no problem. Recommended! There is also a very big car park which had free spaces throughout the day. The food which is prepared on the car park was excellent and for very good price. Also the rum punch in the truck was great :)

Beautiful beach, but… Lots of guys trying to make a living by drumming up business - turtle boats, jet skis, drinks, jewelry, coconuts, shady spots, taxis - all great if you want any of that stuff, but quite obnoxious if you just want quiet relaxation on a beautiful beach. Get there early if you want a chair on the first row. Not much to see from row 3+

Amazing beach! Turtles are close and the water is crystal clear and calm! 100% recommend to anybody that's visiting barbados! And the guys who rent out the beach chairs are really friendly and you can have a good laugh with them!

The beach had a sewer smell likely due to port. I get out of the taxi who was driven by the most rude lady I’ve ever dealt with and then immediately hounded by 6 locals for snorkeling, tours etc or whatever they can make a buck on. I get it, but they were all hollering before I even stood up from the car. I only needed a chair and umbrella, paid for that and said I was going get my change back, but never did so my money was stolen…couldn’t find the guy after that. Never coming back to this...
