Het Munsterbos is een groot natuurgebied van meer dan 100 ha met veel bewegwijzerde wandelingen langs bospaden, vlonderpaden, mooie dreven enz. Er zijn 5 wandelroutes van 5 km tot 14 km. Grote variatie aan fauna en flora. Er is ook een kijkhut aan de vijvers aanwezig. Ideaal gebied om tot rust te komen. Wel graag honden aan de leiband houden. Wunderschöne Wanderwege, wunderbare Natur. Schöne Aussichtspunkte.. Die Hunde hatten Freude, wir sowieso. Sind die blaue Route gewandert, die mit 1 Stunde auch gut für ungeübte zu schaffen ist. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Mooi park met zeer afwisselende landschappen. Zo is er een moerasgebied met een planken wandelpad en een soort woestijngebied bovenop een opgespoten berg. Verder zijn er veel plassen en beekjes te bewonderen.

Wij hadden de "groene route" genomen maar dat was de 1e 500 meter door een mooi stukje bos en daarna 4,5 km langs kale weilanden in de volle zon. Verkeerd gekozen en geen aanrader.
