Camping 't Minnepark — Attraction in Bredene

Really nice campsite that is walking distance to the nearby attractions. It took us 15 minutes to get to the town and about 25 to get to the sea. It was so good that we were planning on staying for 3 nights but ended up staying for 8! It was standard price, not cheap but not extortionate. We paid around €220 for the 8 days.

The location was central so easily in driving or cycling distance to nearby towns and cities.

The man who ran the place was exceptional - really polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a pitch towards the back and it was nice and quiet. The entire campsite was also dog friendly.

Toilet and shower facilities are very good and very clean. It’s €1 for the showers which I think is reasonable.

It is a busy seaside resort so there was some noise from the music festivals that were on twice in the time that we were there, but that...

We stumbled across this site in June whilst looking for somewhere to stay for the night. When we arrived, Louis greeted us and complimented me on try to speak Dutch to him. The site is wonderful, pitches are big and the toilet and shower facilities are superb. Nothing if too much trouble for Louis, when my car battery died he came to my assistance with a portable battery charger! We loved it here so much we came back 2 months later and was greeted by Louis who remembered us from our previous visit.

Prices are very reasonable 3 nights with car and tent and electricity for 2 people was €87 and that was in the height of summer.

Great location 10 minute bike ride to the beach and town for local shops.

I can't recommend this site enough. If I could give it more the 5 stars I would!

This camp site is anything but minnie! There are static caravans as well as grass parking for tents and tourers. Facilities are good and clean. You need to buy tokens for the shower. Each token lasts about 8 minutes. There are the usual laundry facilities but no shop but the town is only a few minutes level walk away with several large stores. Our pitch had water, electric, TV and drainage for grey waste. Chemical toilet emptying is provided at the main block. Pitches are wide open with no privacy. Beaches are a good 10 minute walk away. The owner speaks very good English and we found him extremely helpful, checking us in late in the evening. The site is ideally situated for visiting Bruges less than half...
