Very quiet and peaceful place in the middle of the city center. Renovations are planned but not yet started. So the roads can be filled with puddles when it rains. Know that people live there so please respect their privacy.

De huisjes liggen er wat verwaasloosd bij tegenover andere begijnhoven. Achter rechts is er wel het volksmuseum, noem het een stukje Bokrijk in Dendermonde. Zeker leerrijk en uitgebreider dan je zou denken als je binnenkomt. Aan de ingang stonden tientallen "stekjes" van bloemen die je gratis mocht meenemen. Dendermonde is zeker een dag een bezoek waard. Vergeet ook niet het Vleeshuismuseum. Je kan een wandeling in Dendermonde bekomen in de toeristische dienst in het Stadhuis. Als je met de auto bent, zak dan zeker ook eens af naar Vlassenbroek aan de Schelde, met pittoreske brasseries langs de Schelde.... En op 29 mei is er de historische ROS...
