Incredible sightseeing experience at SAS4 tower. In the period of the year I happened to visit this place (November) the entrance was indeed free and open to everyone. The climb up is not too difficult and there's plenty of space to stop to take some photos. The structure is extremely safe and, at the top, railings and wall are sturdy and high.
