I went there today and had an amazing time. I did the Mont Blanc challenge. Its the longest course they offer but its well worth it. You go along with a guide with a group off around 10 people. You won't be in the trees for 4 hours long. You have half an hour lunch break in between and you have to wait at some of the courses because of the other people in the group.
At the beginning you get instructions and do a small training course to get used to the climbing gear ensure your safety in the trees. Then you start with some bridges high up in the trees and across the area. These don't require too much effort and have quite a good view. After that you have a lunch break. After the break you continue with a section high up in the trees. This is where it gets quite challenging. Then the you're getting ready for the death ride. A 45° angle zip line down 35m. Quite scary and really cool. At last you have an underground section. It's nothing more then a 120m tunnel. It's really tight and gets really tough the bigger you are. It has emergency exits every 10m so you can leave whenever you want. I'm 1.90m and it was really hard to get through it all. I got passed by a 10 year old 3 times who was practically walking through it while I could barely on my knees. All and all a great experience and I can definitely...
Read moreAs an experienced parkclimber (10+ adventure climb parks) not that interesting. Nice with the heights and nature, but technically the mont blanc challenge was a track that you could do in 2 hours instead of 4 if you wouldnt have to wait for other scared people all the time. Plus you always go groupwise and you have to wait for the instructor before you can continue which resulted for me in two hours of waiting time, waiting at all platforms for others before me and for the explanations of the guide. Nice atmosphere and nice personnel but not worth the price, super expensive comparing to dutch tracks that have way more ziplines, more parcours and less waiting time: there you always have all the freedom to go by yourself instead of the instructor explaining everything before youre allowed to. So for me it was...
Read moreDid the 12 km kayak trip with Dinant Evasion from Gendron to Anseremme and it was awesome! The route is super scenic with beautiful nature all around, and you get to pass two dams which adds a bit of fun and excitement (yes, you might get a little wet, but that’s part of the adventure). The kayaks are comfy, and they provide everything you need including life jackets and even a bucket for your stuff. The whole trip takes about 2.5 hours, perfect for a chill but active day out. Plus, there are hot showers at the end which is a nice touch after paddling. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service to the start point made things easy. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a fun, nature-filled day on the water! Just remember to book ahead and check water levels before you go. Definitely...
