COVID-don’t seem to apply here. Nobody (neither staff or visitors) wore a mask. The staff should at least ask visitors to wear a mask, the signs are clearly not enough if even staff doesn’t understand what they mean.

The receptionist kept on talking very bad English, even though we asked her repeatedly to talk in French as her English was really hard to understand and being good Belgians our French was way better. Upon arrival we mentioned it was our first time. She gave us it he instructions to watch the movie and to change and said we should go back to her for our board. We follow these instructions and report back to her mentioning it was our first time. And suddenly we have to go to (some name) first. There we are told to gather the equipment, but no one explains us which equipment and where to find it (it’s a bit everywhere). Completely equipped we check back in with the guy. In a quite impolite way he tells us to come closer because he doesn’t want to explain more than once, but in the meantime from the back we are pushed by people who don’t want to wait. At this moment I decided to give up, let my friends continue and I went for a shower. I was too frustrated to be able to enjoy the activity for which we drove so far (and paid so much money). I had the impression we were intruders in a private club.

Some tips for The Spin: make sure someone clearly organises so everything is clear for everybody, put all equipment together and provide newbies with some explanations on a separate lane (or mention on the website that it is best to book tickets for the Petit Cable for the first time).

Tips for whoever wants to book: in the weekend there are a lot of ‘professionals’

There was however also a positive point: After my friends started, another guy from the staff came to give explanations. He was very friendly and have many good tips and tricks.

Conclusion: just a very expensive...

We went there just one time to learn wake board. On the phone we were told that no reservation is needed to get classes, but when we arrived the "little bro" was booked for all afternoon, so we had to learn by ourself on the big cable. So if you want to try wake board for the first time, make sure to make a reservation on the "little bro". Nevetheless this place is very nice with chill atmosphere and friendly staff. Great cable park! Big round with loads of different obstacles. The Staff was super friendly and open to any questions we had. We had a great time each time we were there. They even had a wake skate for rent. Oh and try the french fries when you're there! Delicious!

Whatever your level, cable with 2 and 5 pulleys. The staff is nice and will teach you the basics or will give you advice to improve. There is a nice bar and restaurant. Besides there are different activities close by (free style bike, etc)
