Hier kan je heerlijk genieten van de rust en de natuur. Je kunt vanuit dit natuurreservaat door wandelen naar bijvoorbeeld De Goort of richting Bosreservaat Grootbroek.

In de Zig ligt overigens nog een gedenkteken voor de bemanning van de Manchester L7301.

Wanneer je de gele of rode wandelroute loopt, kom je langs het gedenkteken. Dit gebied maakt onderdeel uit van grenspark Kempenbroek, het eerste grensoverschrijdende UNESCO Biosfeergebied in de Benelux.
