A nice wild parc in the heart of the Ardennes. It's not your average zoo so to speak, both in location and types of animals.

I'd say the entrance fee is fair. There are quite some types of animals, some common, some less common. All animals have a very spatious enclosure, allowing them loads of room for free movent, but that still allow you to spot them easily.

The area of the wild parc is beautiful, as it is positioned on top of a hill in a forested area. Be aware you're gonna have to climb and descend a bit on somewhat uneven terrain.

With kids this is a fun place to visit as well, as there's a large playground. The location also allows for...

Usually as a wildlife enthusiast, I am not a fan of zoos and other places where animals are kept in captivity. However I wanted to make a visit here due to the numbers of positive reviews and good words I've heard of it.

I was gladly surprised by the space the animals have in the enclosures. The animals behaved naturally amongst each other and seemed well taken care of. You truly notice that the park is made for the animals to feel comfortable, and not for the visitors.

Also the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The space to eat at the beginning of the park serves some tasty/quick food to refill...

Parc à Gibier is a charming, low-key wildlife park that prioritizes the well-being of its animals over visitor convenience. The park is well-built, offering ample space for the animals to roam freely. However, this focus on providing a natural habitat means that spotting the animals can be quite challenging for visitors. While it may not offer the best viewing experience for guests, the park's dedication to creating a comfortable and spacious environment for the animals is impressive. Parc à Gibier is ideal for those who appreciate wildlife in a more naturaland less...

The parc us really nice. The pens are big and spacious and the animals kept there are all accustomed to a forest habitat. You can buy some food bags which the kids absolutely adore. The animals are clearly used to this and come very close to the closures. Even the animals you're not allowed to feed, like the wild boar, come well within range. You won't spend an entire day there as it the parc is rather small but if you have kids they will absolutely love the experience. And who knows? Even as an adult you might learn something new.

After a short day in La Roche we decided we would go to this wildpark. Not knowing what to expect, we went there. There are plenty of animals to watch and the animals have such a big space to roam. Because of the slightly worse weather, some animals were inside of there hideouts. Still got to see so many amazing animals. You can see people really care about the animals when you see how much space they have to freely roam. More space than i’ve ever seen in a zoo for example
