Visiting the indoor playground "PAPAYOE" in Mortsel was an absolute delight!
Parking space is huge and free of charge.
From the moment we stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere and "not so" cheerful staff set the perfect tone for a fun-filled day. The variety of activities catered to all ages, ensuring that the toddlers to tweens, had a blast.
The playground's colorful and imaginative setup sparked creativity and endless adventures for the kids. The slides, ball pits, and climbing structures kept them entertained for hours, while we, the parents could relax knowing our little ones were in a safe environment.
The highlight of our visit was definitely the birthday celebration we hosted there. The party packages offered almost everything we needed for a hassle-free event, lacking the decorations ofcourse. The children were overjoyed, and the memories made will last a lifetime.
However, one aspect that caught us by surprise was the additional charge for using plates for the cake, especially for elders. While we understand the need for extra services, we felt that doubling the price for the simple items was a bit excessive.
Despite the delightful atmosphere and abundance of activities, we found that the quality of the food didn't quite match up to the high prices. While the convenience of having food options available was appreciated, we felt that the taste and portion sizes didn't quite justify the cost
With a few tweaks to the menu offerings and perhaps some adjustments in pricing, this indoor playground could easily become the ultimate destination for families seeking a memorable and...
Read morefor kids above 3 years it's lots of fun! for my other daughter a bit less. she was allmost 2 and got run over by a mum and by 3 older kids. the only thing for her was the bath with the balls in in ( ballen bad ? ) my 3 year old daughter loved it! there are lots of machines that are a bit of a trap. the food is ( as compared to all the other playthings we know of) not good at all and way to expensive. but hey it's for the kids so take the basics . my kid even thought the food was badly made. the staff are very friendly, a bit to litlle understaffed i quess. they do their best. i think the long queue is because of the weird structure. u wait in line for drinks with alcohol , then there's another line for hot drinks and yet another for food. and only one person who handles the bill. but anyway enough to do! just not for the very small ones. all by all they had fun. it's small enough to watch them . just keep in mind that u are responsable for your kids. it's not a babysit place. it's clean enough when not too crowdy. i would recommend 'den deugeniet more" larger and also a playground outside. please do not take your kids to 'de piraten eiland' that's just filthy! it used to be very ok but not any more which is a...
Read moreYesterday my children had birthday and i ordered formule ILO.It means i pay 13 euros for child and it's included:1 drink,1hot dog or 1croque monsieur,1 cadeu and 1jeton for to play. But "cadeu"children didn't get and when i asked on the desck when they will get it i'v got answer that the jeton for 1 euro that is cadeu. So i think it's not correct because children were waiting for gifts.Or you have to delete from formule ILO 1 CADEU because like this you are cheating people. Also when children got food they still had to wait for drinks.I was going 3 times to the desk to remind because the girl told that by misstake they forgot to bring it.Children were tirsty so i had to buy drinks myself and when finally the guy brought the drinks children already were playing. But i want to say really big THANKS for the woman who was working yesterday eveaning in recepcion because we were waiting for taxi more than 1 hour and taxi didn't come, children already were sleeping on the bench so she call her husband and he brought us safely...
