We visited Les Cascades de Coo in early December. Not much was open this time of the year, but that didn't matter. We walked from the large car park to the bridge, where there was a narrow flight of stairs down to the river and cascade.

One can really can get up close and personal with the water at this point and it's quite exhilarating standing with the water rushing behind so close. There was a lot of spray and the ground was very slippery.

This type of sight seeing space would be a major safety hazard in the UK, as there was only a thin metal fence barrier between you and the thundering water, but thankfully we were not in the UK. 🤣

I can imagine in the summertime this place would be buzzing with activity kayaking, rollercoaster, horse riding, zip lining, paragliding, boating, cycling, hiking, etc. This place advertised it all. It also has loads of car park spaces and a lot of restaurants where one could enjoy meals, snacks, food, drinks, etc. It also had accommodation very close to the action. Such a beautiful...

I recently visited Les Cascades de Coo and had a wonderful experience. I arrived in the late afternoon, and the place was pleasantly quiet, likely because it was off-season. The waterfall itself is beautiful—one of the tallest in Belgium—with a strong, impressive current. The sound of the rushing water is really calming, and it’s a perfect spot to take in the natural beauty of the area.

The surrounding village is small and charming, with a cozy, peaceful vibe. I didn’t realize beforehand that there’s actually a children’s theme park nearby, which adds to the appeal for families. Apparently, there are plenty of other activities you can do around the area as well, including hiking and camping, making it more than just a place to visit the waterfall.

Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick day trip or a peaceful retreat into nature. Recommend checking it out if you’re...

We were in here after we take our boy to vonkjes zomerkamp in Jalhay. We not buy ticket since I don't think you have to buy ticket to be here. But if you wil go to plops coo of adventure in coo village then maybe you should buy ticket. The place is nice place. When we are there, there is kermis so our daughters can play there then we walking in the village and see the waterfall. The place is recommended to go. You have to pay attention to The parking infront the village. They don't give change money back, so make sure to pay in exactly amount. The parking hours is from 7am-6pm u think, so you don't have to pay if you park after 6pm. (Please just correct me if...
