Former defense fort of Liège, the castle can be visited alone or with an audio guide. Well located in a green setting, it is pleasant to let yourself go to imagine it in its heyday, because although under renovation, the ruins are there to remind us that it was not spared. If I recall correctly it was EUR 7 for each adult to enter, which was a reasonable price considering that you could descend into 4 very impressive cave/cellars, with very steep steps, and see those areas.
