Vlooybergtoren — Attraction in Tielt-Winge

Very much fun to go & see. Problem was finding the place. One sign took us several miles to just see it from a distance. We had to search & search to finally find a road which said it was only for locals! I am in a wheelchair, so we were searching for a way to get closer. Finally found it, and there was even a parking area right next to it. Several people were there. Many bikers stopped. Some people walking to see it, which I would gladly have done if I could walk! Keep your heads up for flying objects in the sky, usually around sunrise/sunset.

Usually not too busy.

Stairs do shake a bit, especially on the top. Not recommended if you get easily scared. Very acceptable though, doesn’t feel unsafe.

Dedicated parking place not available but parking can be easily done on the road 👍🏻 15 mins walk from the stairs.
