I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Mayan Garden! This retreat center, hotel, and nature resort is a true hidden gem. The setting is peaceful and lush, perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive—every detail of my stay was taken care of with genuine warmth and care. The activities offered were unforgettable. The Water Buffalo Safari was a unique and fun adventure, and the Lamanai Tour was a fascinating glimpse into Belize’s rich history. I also enjoyed daily yoga sessions and treated myself to a deeply relaxing massage—both were incredibly rejuvenating. If you're looking for a tranquil escape with excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and memorable experiences, I can’t recommend The Mayan Garden enough. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return!

My husband and I stayed here last night. The property manager Asiel went above and beyond! Our room was comfortable and clean. The AC worked well and the shower was hot. The beds are very firm (but that is the norm in Belize and we expected that) The mosquito nets weren't necessary as we had NO issues with flying bugs in the room. We enjoyed walking the grounds and listening to the birds. (Sad that the fire destroyed so much, but you can see they are working on fixing things) I had a delicious smoothie and Belizien breakfast at the restaurant near the front of the property. Thanks again for everything!

FIVE STARS! Thank you so much for being so accommodating to us. Service was impeccable. Elizabeth was amazing, great energy and super kind. She was so informative and a great host. So many fun activities to enjoy here. Oscar and Steven were perfect, truly great service for dining staff !! The food was incredible. Super fresh. The juice was perfect. They made banana, tamerin, pineapple, beet , kiwi cucumber juices throughout or stay and I asked them to make the banana juice for our last night and their response was “ of course !!! “ it was perfect.
