Anita was very informative and helped us make corn tortilla and Cocoa drink - we ground the corn and the cocoa beans. Her husband then showed us traditional Mayan instruments and took us for a walk in the garden to show us herbs and plants and remedies from them. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for.
